Yes. We come out, look at the space, talk through what you want and what it would take, and give you a written estimate at no cost and with no obligation. What we will not do is give a firm number over the phone for work we have not seen — those numbers are always wrong, and they are usually wrong in the direction that becomes a change order later.

Nothing formal is required, but a few things make the visit far more productive: a rough sense of your budget range, any photos of finishes you like, and a clear idea of what specifically bothers you about the current space. That last one matters most — 'the kitchen is dated' and 'I cannot open the dishwasher and the fridge at the same time' lead to very different solutions.

It depends on the season and the current schedule, and we would rather give you an honest date than an optimistic one. Cabinetry lead times often govern the start more than crew availability does — if a kitchen's cabinets are eight weeks out, starting demolition in week one just means living without a kitchen for eight weeks longer than necessary.

We can give you a general range for common work so you know whether we are in the right ballpark before anyone spends time on a visit. A real quote needs an in-person look, because the things that move the price — what is behind the walls, whether the layout has to change, the condition of existing plumbing and electrical — are not visible in a description or a photo.

The entire Phoenix Valley. We are West Valley based, so Peoria, Glendale, Surprise, Sun City, Goodyear, Avondale and Buckeye are closest to us, and we regularly work in Phoenix, Scottsdale, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert and Tempe as well. There is no travel surcharge.
