Our Work
Kitchens • Bathrooms • Whole Homes

Every project below includes what the work actually involved — the materials, the build sequence, and the decisions that mattered. If you are trying to work out what your own remodel would take, that detail is more useful than another gallery of finished rooms.

Start with the whole-home transformation below. We filmed the house before demolition and again at completion, and both walkthroughs are uncut.

Before & After

Watch a whole home come apart and come back

We filmed this house before demolition and again after the last fixture was set. Both walkthroughs are uncut — switch between them and see the same rooms.

After — one continuous run of wide-plank oak, the dividing wall gone, a quartzite waterfall island, and floor-to-ceiling glass that finally puts the pool in the room.

Before You Start

The questions we get asked most often, answered properly.

How much does a kitchen or bathroom remodel cost in the Phoenix Valley?

It depends almost entirely on scope and material selection, which is why per-square-foot figures are misleading. Cabinetry and countertops dominate a kitchen budget, and the same layout can differ by a factor of two or three between stock, semi-custom and full custom cabinetry. Structural changes and plumbing relocation add meaningfully; keeping the existing layout keeps cost down. We price from your actual space and selections after seeing it.

Do you handle permits and inspections?

Yes, as part of the job. Structural changes, relocated plumbing and new electrical circuits require permits, and the authority depends on where the home sits — most valley cities run their own building departments, while unincorporated areas such as Sun City go through Maricopa County. Unpermitted work becomes a problem later, typically during a sale, so it is worth doing correctly the first time.

How long will my remodel take?

A single bathroom typically runs four to seven weeks, a kitchen six to ten, and a whole-home interior remodel three to five months. Two things drive the schedule more than labor does: inspection timing and cabinetry lead times. We build both into the plan up front rather than discovering them mid-project.

Can I stay in my home during the work?

For a single-room remodel, usually yes — we contain the work area and keep the rest of the house livable. For a whole-home project there is a stretch during demolition and rough-in with no functioning kitchen, limited water and open walls, and most homeowners choose to move out for that period.

What areas do you serve?

The entire Phoenix Valley. We are based in the West Valley, so Peoria, Glendale, Surprise, Sun City, Goodyear, Avondale and Buckeye are our closest markets — but we work across Phoenix, Scottsdale, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert and Tempe as well.
